Context

From 2022 to 2026 I ran zayne, my own studio for digital client work. The scope ranged from web and content solutions through brand identity and design to search optimisation.

Brief

Full responsibility for acquisition, concept, delivery, sign off and invoicing. Over 120 projects, each one from first enquiry to go live.

Approach

• Eliciting requirements in direct conversation, assessing them qualitatively and quantitatively, translating them into functional requirements
• Structuring requirements into work packages, priorities and dependencies
• Facilitating between client, development and suppliers, resolving conflicting requirements
• Running development roadmaps, schedules and budgets across parallel projects
• Quality assurance and sign off with the client: functional tests, correction rounds, final release

Outcome

Over 120 completed client projects with full revenue responsibility. Reusable templates and standardised processes measurably shortened turnaround per project.
